Maven Youth envisions a world where LGBT+ youth thrive in school, work and life. Maven Youth empowers LGBT+ youth to network, organize and educate for social change through technology and the tech sector.

 

We provide a rare safe space for LGBT+ youth across the country to explore careers and entrepreneurship while navigating the impact technology has had on social equality and emotional wellness.

 

Maven Youth reaches LGBT+ youth ages 14-24 in communities across the country through summer camps, a youth leadership council, apprenticeships, leadership retreats, hackathons, and consciousness raising talks.

 

In addition to tech career exploration and skill building, youth are equipped to serve in influential speaking, presenting, teaching, and mentorship roles that deepen confidence and 21st century skills.

 

We pride ourselves in a 99% retention rate - not a small feat when working with teens - and on our model of having LGBT+ youth co-design and co-facilitate equity-centered programs.
